THE SOCIAL HUB
For all new students arriving in Toulouse, we have a partnership with The Social Hub, an apartment building/ hotel with small flats already equipped.
- No need for a guarantor.
- No administrative procedure.
- Eligible at the ‘Caisse d’Allocation Familiales’ (welfare office).
In addition, all utilities are included in the monthly rent (AC, high-speed wifi, the monthly cleaning service). You can access freely to:

Bars and restaurants
THE CHUPITOS BAR
The Chupitos Bar is located in Toulouse’s town center, right next to the subway station Esquirol. For showing your ESN card, you’re allowed discounts:
- Shots of chupitos for 15 euros/ meter,
- 70 centiliters bottles of chupitos for 24 euros/bottle,
- Any alcohol bottle under the price of 50 euros/bottle,
- 0,25 centiliters draught beer for 2 euros/ beer,
- Pastis glasses for 2 euros/ glass,
- All soft drinks (coke, orange juice, apple juice, KAS, sparkling water, etc.) for 1 euro/ glass,
- Mojitos for 5 euros/ mojito.
THE WANTED JACK SALOON
The Wanted Jack Saloon is a bar located in the town center next to the Joan of Arc subway station.
By showing your ESN card, you can have the following discounts :
- 10 glasses of Jagerbomb for 30 euros,
- A shooter bottle for 25 euros,
- Pints for 4 euros,
- Cocktails for 6 euros,
- Soft drinks for 2 euros.
